Logis Hotel Le Ceans - Orpierre

The hotel was in a pleasant valley with a superb, sun drenched swimming pool which I was grateful to use. The room was kept pleasantly cool despite high external temperatures. The restaurant had a good choice of well prepared food and the service was very good. All staff were pleasant and friendly.

We thought everything was clean, fresh and well organised.

I booked a double room, the room was very small, as I was alone the room was ok it would have been too small for two people, the hotel staff pointed this out on my arrival. This particular room should in my opinion be marketed as a single occupation or at least a very small double

Massive sparkling swimming pool! Our room was small with the not unusual tiny shower compartment, but all in all a great find. The resaurant was busy and the food excellent.

The place is very peaceful and relaxing; the staff are thorough and friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. There are excellent facilities on the premises. We enjoyed our time there.

We have stayed there several times. Very near our favorite climbing area in Orpierre. And the food is spectacular and reasonably priced. And Jean Pierrre and his wife, who have run the place since we began coming there in 1999 are very good, professional hosts.

The rooms are a little small, but still nice.

It seemed to be further away from the village it was supposed to be in. The room was very old fashioned, rather small and the bed was not very comfortable but it was alright for one night

Leaving after 1 night for Cannes.

You can hear the termites eating the roof timbers while you sleep! No kettle or hot drink making facilities. No furniture other than a dining table. Unable to turn the TV up to a decent level. No Wi-Fi. Unable to use the pool after observing a climber washing the blood off his cut legs in there...

The restaurant was of a high standard.

The church tower bells went off at 7am so ear plugs are needed If you want a lie in.

Nice staff, good location in the countryside if you are looking for a quiet place for cyclng, treking or climbing. But a little bit far from the main road. Nice swiming pool to relax at the end of the day.
